Who we are:

Originally the Albany Autumn Classic, the Autumn Classic Charity Horse Show began as an all breed community show in 1985 in Albany, Georgia. The event quickly made a home at the Potter Community Center in South Dougherty County and held successful horse shows year after year. Proceeds from each year's events have benefited numerous non-profit organizations such as Shriner's, the Albany area Hospice, the American Red Cross of SW Georgia and Homes for Our Troops.

In 2010, the Albany Autumn Classic held one of the most successful events to date and proved the Albany Autumn Classic had outgrown the grounds of the Potter Community Center. So, in 2011, the show was moved to the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry.  Despite our new location, the Autumn Classic has not lost sight of its original intent. This year, proceeds from the open horse show will benefit Healing4Heroes. Healing4Heroes is a non-profit serving the community in two ways; by helping those who have courageously served our country overcome disabilities, especially the invisible wounds of war, and helping abandoned and neglected dogs to become ADA compliant service dogs.

We invite you to join us November 16th and 17th at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry as we fellowship together and enjoy another successful Autumn Classic Charity Horse Show.
